There are several excellent vaccines available to Australians, at this stage Warwick Road Medical is only offering Pfizer Vaccines (Comirnaty) to the eligible community.
You will need to have two doses of the Pfizer Vaccine at approximately 21-day intervals - or as recommended by the current ATAGI guidelines.
It is important to know that the vaccine does not contain any live virus, and it cannot give you COVID-19. You can read more about the Comirnaty vaccine here.
Please wear short sleeves or a loose fitting shirt.
Only one person can attend the appointment. This is a dedicated vaccination clinic and we need to observe strict regulations for social distancing. Please take note of the directions provided by the reception team to ensure safety and compliance.
You will need to wait for a minimum 15-minute observation window after your vaccine so please be prepared to wait.
If you are not a patient of the practice, please ensure you have consulted with your regular GP and discussed the risks and benefits of receiving your Pfizer vaccination.
