All appointments are time-based, a routine appointment is 10 minutes.
Your Medicare Rebate can be claimed onsite and rebated to your designated account on the day of your appointment.
As a small practice with high demand, we work very hard to ensure we can meet each person's individual needs. We try to schedule appropriate appointment duration and run to time as much as possible. You can help us by providing some information about your visit.
If you are scheduling a procedure of any kind, it is essential the booking team are aware so they can allocate the appropriate time and staff resources.
If you are scheduling a Medicare-supported referral such as a care plan, please ensure you tell the reception team.
The team works very hard to do the administrative leg-work ahead of time so they may have extra questions for you. This preparation helps your appointment run as smoothly as possible.

*You will be asked to schedule another time to attend to any interventive procedures identified during your skin check.
FINALISING YOUR ACCOUNT
All accounts must be finalised on the day of your appointment.
EFTPOS services are available. We do not however accept AMEX, DINERS or cheques. Outstanding accounts must be settled before further appointments are scheduled.
Payment for third party insurance claims must be finalised in full before any information is released.
Medicare rebates are applied directly. Alternatively, paid invoices can be presented to Medicare for claiming at a later stage.
BULK BILLED APPOINTMENTS
Bulk Billed services are at the discretion of the treating doctor and are strictly consent-based.
You must check out at reception before departing the rooms. If you do not see the reception team to assign your Medicare Rebate to your treating GP, you will be privately billed.
Please ensure you update your information with reception and check out following your appointment.
